Ingredients

  • 4 peaches
  • 60 grams brown sugar
  • 35 grams almond flour
  • 15 grams tapioca flour
  • 30 grams gluten-free oats
  • 40 grams dairy-free butter
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • First, use a knife to core out the pit of the peaches. You want to make your cut as close as possible to the pit so as to keep the peach as intact as possible.
  • Now for the crisp topping. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • Now, add the butter and using a fork or pastry blender, cut the butter into the ingredients until it comes together in large chunks, but is not a cohesive, smooth dough.
  • Generously spoon the crisp topping into each peach, gently packing it into the center.
  • Carefully place the peaches in the air fryer and bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes. The topping should be crispy and golden, and the apples nice and soft.
  • Serve warm with ice cream for an extra special dessert!
