Mango Spinach Smoothie Bowl

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup frozen riced cauliflower
- ¼ cup almond milk
Place all ingredients in the blender. Start on the lowest setting of your blender. Using the tamper tool, help push down the ingredients. Turn up the speed a little at a time, using the tamper and constantly pushing down the ingredients. You may have to stop and scrape the sides of the blender or reduce the speed if at any point it stops blending.
If you are having a really hard time getting the blender to catch, you can add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time. You will get a bit of an arm workout, but it’s worth it to have a creamy smoothie bowl. With practice, you will also get to know your blender and learn exactly the best way and amount of milk is needed.
Keep blending until all the ingredients have been processed and you have a smooth, delicious, ice-cream like texture.
