Pumpkin Cold Foam
This pumpkin cold foam coffee is better than a PSL, and contains no dairy! I said it. It is so, so good and so, so simple. Enjoying your coffee this way is the perfect subtle segue into Fall. The cold foam is fluffy and soft and packed with flavor. It’s like a little pumpkin cloud on top of your cold brew coffee!
- cold brew coffee
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 3 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Place your can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight to chill and firm up. The coconut will not whip up correctly if not chilled completely.
Add all the ingredients in the mixer (expect for the coffee), and using the whisk attachment, whisk until it has soft peaks. You want it nice and fluffy, but not thick, stiff peaks.
Pour your cold brew coffee in a glass, scoop a big ol’ dollop or two of this on top, sprinkle with a little extra pumpkin pie spice and there you have it! Enjoy!
