Loaded with some of the most vitamin C packed fruits- mango, oranges, strawberries, and carrots, this smoothie will boost your immune system and help you keep those winter colds and germs at bay. Throw everything in the blender and you have a quick and easy way to hyper nourish your body. Kids love this smoothie too. Tart, sweet, vibrant and filled with those great micronutrients your body needs!

Here is the list of ingredients you will need to make these tropical sunrise smoothies.
- Frozen mango: Any frozen mango works, but my favorite brand is Columbia Fruit. Their mango has the best texture and flavor. Not all frozen mango is created equal. I purchase mine at Costco and we go through a big bag every 2 weeks.
- Frozen strawberries: Strawberries add a nice sweet flavor to this smoothie and helps offset the tartness of the mango and orange.
- Oranges: You can use 1 large orange or 3 small clementine or mandarin oranges. Any variety will work nicely.
- Carrots: I always use veggies in my smoothies/smoothie bowls to help offset the sugar content of the fruit. Get that extra goodness in!
- Water: To thin out the fruit and create the smoothie consistency you’re going for.
Step By Step Preparation Instructions:
This is a smoothie, so it is naturally Incredibly easy to make.
- Step 1: Peel your carrots and oranges, then simply add all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until completely smooth. Serve cold. That’s it!

Ingredients

- 1 cup water
Instructions
