This pumpkin cold foam coffee is better than a PSL. I said it!
The Story:
I don’t mean to tell you what to do, but YOU MUST try this! It is so, so good. Enjoying your coffee with pumpkin cold foam is the perfect subtle segue into Fall. The cold foam is fluffy, soft, and packed with flavor. It’s like a little pumpkin cloud on top of your cold brew coffee! I’ll be drinking it every September from here on out when I am desperately ready for fall, but it’s still 80-90 degrees out. A beautiful way to start a September day or enjoy as a mid-day pick-me-up. Impossibly easy to make, not sugary or filled with crazy ingredients and yet, stills feels like such a treat. All the best things!

🧾 The Ingredients:
Here is the list of ingredients you will need to make this pumpkin cold foam coffee.
- Cold Brew Coffee: You can brew yourself, or grab some ready-made from the store for extra ease points.
- Coconut Milk: You want to use cold, full fat coconut milk from a can for a thick, creamy texture
- Pumpkin Puree: Look for pure pumpkin. Not pumpkin pie filling. Perfectly simple.
- Maple Syrup: The only sweetener added. Natural maple syrup= naturally sweet. And a perfect fall flavor addition
- Pumpkin Pie Spice: It’s not a pumpkin treat without a little warm pumpkin pie spice!
Step By Step Preparation Instructions:
This is super, super easy to make.
- Step 1: Place or store your canned coconut cream in the refrigerator overnight and make sure your coconut milk is completely chilled before making this recipe. This is the only way you’ll be able to get those beautiful peaks and that fluffy texture.
- Step 2: Add all the ingredients in the mixer, and using the whisk attachment, whisk until it has soft peaks. You want it nice and fluffy, but not thick, stiff peaks.
- Step 3: Pour your cold brew coffee in a glass, scoop a big ol’ dollop of this one top, sprinkle with a little extra pumpkin pie spice and there you have it! That’s it!

The Finished Product:
Why pay $5.00+ for an overly sugary pumpkin coffee with crazy added ingredients, when you could have this!? Look. At. How. Pretty. It. Is! All the heart eyes. I’m really in love and excited about this one. Let me know what you think!
