An iced lavender latte is a beautiful way to start the day! A sugar-free and easy way to embrace the flavors of the season! Sugar-free and dairy-free made using a simple lavender creamer that you can prepare and have on hand ahead of time. Slow down and sip something seasonal, especially when spring is doing its thing outside the window!
Start by brewing your coffee or cold brew. If using freshly brewed coffee, let it cool so it doesn’t melt the ice too quickly. You can absolutely buy cold brew coffee for this.
While your coffee is cooling, make the lavender creamer. You can find the full instructions here for my lavender creamer. The quick version: gently heat coconut milk with dried lavender until it’s fragrant, then strain out the flowers and let the creamer cool completely.
Fill a glass with ice, pour in your desired amount of coffee, and top it off with the cooled lavender creamer. Give it a good stir, sip, and enjoy!
