An iced lavender latte is a beautiful way to start the day! An easy way to embrace the flavors of the season!

The Story:
Picture this: the sun is shining, the birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming, and you have this drink in your hand! I love an iced coffee on warm days, and an iced lavender latte feels like the most peaceful way to start the morning. Light, floral, and just a little fancy without much effort. I keep mine sugar-free and dairy-free, using a simple lavender creamer I batch at the beginning of the week. It’s my little reminder to slow down and sip something seasonal, especially when spring is doing its thing outside the window!
If you are hosting a bridal shower, baby shower, or spring brunch, pair these lattes with my lavender blackberry scones.

🧾 The Ingredients:
You only need a few ingredients to make these iced lavender lattes!
- Coffee or cold brew coffee: Your favorite chilled coffee or cold brew sets the foundation for this latte.
- Lavender Creamer: Floral, creamy, and lightly sweet, this dairy-free creamer infuses each sip with a calming lavender and subtle springtime flavor.
- Ice: Simple but essential. Ice keeps this drink crisp, cool, and perfect for sipping on sunny mornings or lazy afternoons.

Step By Step Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1: Start by making the lavender creamer. You can find the full instructions here for my lavender creamer. The quick version: gently heat coconut milk with dried lavender until it’s fragrant, then strain out the flowers and let the creamer cool completely.
- Step 2: While your creamer is cooling, make the lavender creamer, brew your coffee or cold brew. If using freshly brewed coffee, let it cool so it doesn’t melt the ice too quickly. You can absolutely buy cold brew coffee for this too!
- Step 3: Fill a glass with ice, pour in your desired amount of coffee, and top it off with the cooled lavender creamer. Give it a good stir, sip, and enjoy!
