Step By Step Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1: First, you will need to prepare the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 400. You can read the full blog on how to make crispy smashed potatoes here. Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork tender. Place them onto a large sheet pan. Then, using the bottom of a glass or a measuring cup, smash down the potatoes. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes, then flip the potatoes, season again with oil, salt/pepper, and cook again for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy. Set aside to cool.
- Step 2: Next, cook up your bacon as you prefer. You will want the bacon to be crispy for superior texture. Coarsely cut up the bacon into small pieces. Set aside.
- Step 3: Now, add the ranch seasoning and mayo to a bowl and mix together.

- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon ranch seasoning I use Selefina's "Dill-icious" Ranch Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt for seasoning the potatoes
- ¼ tsp pepper for seasoning the potatoes
